Please be advised that the Data Administrator has appointed the Personal Data Protection Inspector - Jakub Szewczuk. You have the right to contact the Data Protection Officer directly using the email address: iod@pihouse.pl.

If voluntary consents are given, the data will be processed for the purpose of marketing activities (traditional marketing) and for receiving commercial information on clinical trials via electronic communication means (email, sms, mms), as well as for the use of end devices which You use (email, telephone, messengers) for the purpose of direct marketing - legal basis Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. Art. 6 para. 1a.

If you contact us regarding billing matters or to establish business contact, your data will be processed in order to take action before entering into cooperation and later to implement it - legal basis Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. Art. 6 para. 1b.

If you apply for employment based on the provisions of law specified in art. 221 of the Act of 26 June 1974, Labor Code (i.e. Dz. U. of 2014, item 1502), providing data is mandatory. They will be processed until the end of the recruitment process, then destroyed. If you want us to save your data for future recruitment purposes, please include the following statement in your documents:

"I consent to the processing of my personal data by Centrum Badań Klinicznych PI-House Sp. z o. o. with headquarters in Gdańsk (80-546), ul. For Zaspa 3 also in future recruitment processes. My consent to data processing is valid until further notice. "

Recruitment based on civil law contracts (contract for specific work, assignments), personal data provided are necessary, but they can be provided only voluntarily. Please include the following clause in your documents:

Please be advised that your data will be transferred to Retesly Sp. z o. o. providing services in the field of IT services at PI-House, in order to store personal data as safely as possible.

The data you provide to us will be stored for the period of:

- 20 years - contact details for clinical trials due to sensitive data there.

- 7 years - data for billing and business contacts (invoices, contracts, contacts).

- HR and payroll data of people employed at PI-House will be processed for the period resulting from legal regulations (currently 50 years).

The Data Administrator informs that you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing or object to processing, as well as transfer data.

In the case of processing your data based on consents, the Data Administrator informs you of your right to withdraw without giving a reason and without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You can withdraw your consent by contacting the Data Administrator using the following email address: iod@pihouse.pl , or in a traditional form to the address of the Data Administrator's registered office with the note "PERSONAL DATA".

We also inform you of your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
