What is migraine?
Migraine is a severe, recurrent headache, often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound. It usually lasts from 4 to 72 hours and is usually located on one side of the head (behind the eye, within the temple and forehead).

1. Have you been diagnosed with migraine?
2. Do you have at least 4 migraine attacks per month?
3. Do you have migraine headache 7 to 14 days a month?
4. Have you been treated prophylactically, but this treatment did not work?
5. Do you take prescription painkillers on an ad hoc basis?
