After a voluntary consents, the data will be processed in order to implement marketing activities (traditional marketing) and in order to receive commercial information about clinical research via electronic means of communication (e-mail, SMS, mms) as well as to use terminal devices that You use (e-mail, telephone, instant messaging) for direct marketing purposes – legal basis Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. If you contact us in billing matters or in order to establish business contacts, your data will be processed in order to take action before entering into cooperation and later for its implementation – legal basis Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. Article 6 paragraph 1b.

If you apply for employment based on the law specified in art. 221 of the Act of 26 June 1974. The Labor Code ( Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502) is mandatory. Personal data may also be processed with your permission to examine customer satisfaction, including obtaining qualitative information, market opinion surveys, statistical and analytical research – legal basis Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. Article 6 paragraph 1 point a. On the other hand, one-off satisfaction surveys after the end of cooperation / research will be carried out on the basis – RODO Art. 6 par. 1 point f.
Please be advised that your data will be transferred to Retesly Sp. z o.o. providing services in the area of ​​IT services for PI-House, in order to secure personal data as safely as possible.

The data you provide to us will be kept for the period of:
– 20 years – contact details for clinical trials due to sensitive data appearing there.
– 7 years – data for settlements and business contacts (invoices, contracts, contacts).
– Personnel and payroll data of persons employed in PI-House will be processed for a period resulting from legal regulations (currently 50 years).

The Data Administrator informs you that you have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, deletion, processing restrictions or opposition to processing, as well as data transfer.
In the event of processing your data on the basis of consents, the Data Administrator informs you of your right to withdraw without giving any reason and without affecting the legality of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
